Yes he can he just needs a vocal coach. Some breathing techniques and control and he would polish it up nicely. You clearly never been a musician. Took me a few years to polish my death metal and screaming vocals. Not everyone wakes up with natural talent. He has incredible potential but you have no ear for it.
