Our neighbors dad in the nursing home she 96, ate 5 eggs at least a half pound of bacon, toast, and something else, most of his life. Sorry, Pyrex is not indestructible. I agree multiple measuring cups are handy! I have at least six : two 1 c, two 2 c and one 4 c. Then I have whole Tupperware set that is increments 1/4 c to 1 c. I also have a Pampered Chef that measures up to 2 qts. It has a lid😊

Mamaw. Try ham and scalloped potato bake. You can also steam a ham even, if it’s cooked. Steam on low for about twenty minutes. It will take some of the salt. Looks delicious. Love to all. God Bless. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fyi, if you boil the ham first, it boils all the salt out of it, and then it isn't bad for high BP. And idk if you looked for sandwich spread at the Family Dollar store, Dollar General, or Dollar Tree bc they have here in south Louisiana, of course so does Walmart. Matter of fact all the grocery stores here have it. Also if you ask the store manager to order it for you they will.

Pyrex is very good..been around for a long time.. normally can go in oven and microwave.. But don't try to break it on concrete..lol.. They are very strong but not indestructible
