Thank you very much for posting this. I understand quite a few people would be disappointed in the winter weather and social scene but it's perfect for us as future retirees and homebodies. Corfu's weather is just like ours. The procedure sounds much like buying property in the U.S.

Hi Al, fascinating and informative video with excellent advice from the professionals. Should stop too many pitfalls for potential buyers from UK. Totally agree come out and rent over Winter and get a feel for the place. If you purchase using the Golden ticket scheme, what happens after the five year period. Hope you and Mrs Corfual all set for Christmas. How about you doing a recipe in your kitchen and get us in the mood for Christmas. Yamas my friend. Winters there are not much airplanes fly to Corfu also. Then you have to go elsewhe in Greece or Italy. With extra costs ofcourse. 🤔 Just a nice holiday and short stay is with less headaches. Have 25% extra to cover for costs and extra expenses.

Hi Rob, Thanks have a great one yourself. As for temp. well I have sunbathed on xmas day some years been rained off in others and frozen my goolies of other years, so it always a suck it and see for winter. But better here than UK. Al.

Does the Goolden visa allow you to move around the rest of EU for those 5 years...and what happens after the 5 years are up??.can you reapply? Cheers 🍻

But I would just like to know is it warm enough to sunbath and go in sea from 27th April for a week? Hi many apologies for the delay only just seen your comment. Wait until may would be my advice the weather here is very unpredictable.we are having a brilliant winter warm and sunny but could change within an hour to be bloody cold. Anyway not much will be open in April. Hope that helps ,Al
