Wound vac works. Instead of 8 weeks my BF used a KCI pump and was off after 19 days. He is type 2 diabetic, and I fed him lots of great food with lots of protein. He's a non-smoker, takes good care of himself.

Is this like the one 3M has? My grandmother has stage 2 sacral bedsores. I have to buy this, please give me advise. Can you buy it on your own or through a doctor? I am in Europe.. But tell me how it works in America please?

Thank you for the presentation. Very informative. I noticed that you talked quite a bit about diabetic wounds. What about venous problems such as Factor V Leiden and it’s post phlebitic symptoms?
