Very nice to see a progression guide rather than just a how-to! People often forget to go the full way to a trick and simply try it till they get it somehow without really feeling what they do. Now I know what flips I gotta level more until I can try myself at a decend cork

Great video Jason! The way you explained a back full makes so much sense! I can do half front and half back but have problems landing a back full. I'm going to try again with your explanation in mind! Lovely explanation for the corck by the way!

This video is my actual way of training to the cork. Already attempted it and then didn't feelt ready so I stopped. I'm about to be able to do all flips mentionned in the video and when it will be done, I will attempt again the cork. Thanks for that clip it shows that slow progression have way more benefits in learning and mastering moves and don't destroy body so fast 🙏💕

Good insight, Jason! A cork is not at the top of my list at the moment, but I know it will be one day. So I appreciate your take on what progressions need to come first! :D

rewatching farang videos and for some reason i've never been able to do a back full (could always do a back half) I know the twisting technique and everything, but never manage it thinking of it as an arabian and a barani is quite interesting and ill probs use it to progress

I learned the Cork before a lot of these other Tricks just by trying and failing. Took a very long time and still it's Not really easy for me. Now I can do almost all of the shown things but inspirated through this video I will first try to master my backfull and even learn the arabian before attempting to get my Cork cleaner. Thank you!
@TH3lilFR06 жыл бұрын
Struggle with the arabian? I can't do it either, even on trampoline where I can barani, full, rudi and sometime randi; back full and close to double full... And I still can't get my head around the arabian :/

i've been trying the butterfly twist for a long time. still haven't got it. i've managed to learn the frisbee flip yesterday and what i do is i try to find tricks that have a lot in common and then combine them so i can unlock the trick i want to accomplish.

I'd say it's easier to do corks on ground than gainer.
@JoshuaBlessed6 жыл бұрын
MarshmellowMuffin Yeah I agree, you get more momentum from a cork compared with a gainer.
@donkamelo6 жыл бұрын
there r no rules. for me gainer is a very easy move and I do it anywhere. Cork is quite impossible to land so far :(
@zebastianfrench34236 жыл бұрын

I like the video but I think the running gainer and standing backflip are kind unnecessary, I can do both but only on trampoline. Yes the cheat gainer can and most likely will help with building up for the cork. I’m naturally way more comfortable with back twisting like fulls and corks. I’m still trying to get corks more consistent and cleaner but I feel like all the pre requisite tricks you explain are in a way not necessary, but I do love the video and I think it can definitely help some people
@teamfarang6 жыл бұрын
I think they are natural and useful prerequisites to learn clean j-step gainers :) Of course, you can do it without them, too.
