He was already strong, I don't understand what Riot's fixation with true damage is. Another busted mechanic that makes itemization even more difficult. Just means we'll see even more Heartsteel champs since armor/mr is becoming more and more useless.

yea, i dont understand the passive rework to the true damage either. exchanging the package for the ult change, that he gets rocket charges for crits makes so much sense. because it rewards him for going up an actually auto attacking instead of just spamming rockets from 2 screens away. but its not like the magic damage conversion was weak.

@@Stone7C1 I appreciate that they nerfed the rocket damage but the trade off is even stronger than before. Should have left it as magic damage. True damah needs to be so much more limited than it is. It's impossible to properly itemize against it and it's just a broken mechanic in general.

Depending on how the true damage is coded, lifesteal could heal you if the true damage is an on hit effect.

They changed it a few years ago, now the true dmg and magic dmg on your AA can heal.

Ooooh they changed essence reaver!? I didn’t know that… Now it’s just flat mana on hit!? That’s actually super cool imo…. Essence reaver + presence of mind.. you’re never running out of mana…

wait, how does this work? you have two sheen items. but only one of those sheen procs (the larger one) applies at a time. or is essence reaver not a sheen item anymore?

true dmg on him is very good but i still hate hitboxes of his R, cause u can miss this sh*t even if the enemy standing very close and even my granny can dodge his ult

I feel like the new flickerblade is going to be really strong on Tristana and Yi. Without requiring crits to reduce cooldowns they're going benefit a great deal from it even in the early game.

So they further reduced his rockets from 7 to 6 and now from 6 to only 4 but increased the recharge when u auto from i belive was 4 secs to 11 per auto, interesting...

It was 5 on regular auto and 8.75 on crit. Unless they just changed it again.

@@jsing5022 well, it's just like the old Corki back in ss7, your AA is the main dmg, R is just for farming or checking the bush.

@@minhcuonghuynh2768 yeah but he’s got a crappy aa range and a high cd dash coupled with him not being a high APS adc he’s not gonna shred modern tanks with any form of recovery; struggling to find a situation where another champ doesn’t outclass this version while also having his mid viability reduced due to mostly dealing AD now.But oh I guess he can farm safely (ezreal)

@@jsing5022 nah hes aa range got buffed from 500 to 550. so like the range 3/4 of all adc's, and even more than a few now.

Corki's Package was amazing. But, as usual, Riot is taking game development cues from the Fun Pimps and missing the point entirely in favor of fixating on forcing the players to play their way. Corki's Package was a game changing tool when used correctly, the sort that disrupted formations, killed backlines, broke sieges and toppled killing streaks. It won games. Now Corki's passive is just another generic, flavorless scaling buff.

Which is why they neutered him. First asol's balls, now corki's package. Personally I really like how he feels to play with the new update.

@@markos50100 Their current design philosophy seems to be to neuter and bland-ify every older champ so that if you want to play something interesting or high utility you have to buy the newest champs. This is a great way to kill the game.
