****** CAKE RECIPE 5 CUPS *******
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
To the roof:
1/2 box of condensed milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 level teaspoon of cinnamon
** Yield per recipe: approximately 12 slices
** I baked the cake in a 20x30cm pan. If you want a very tall cake, make 1 and a half recipes.
** If you wish to use half the amount of oil, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar or lemon to the milk and microwave for 20 seconds. Use this curdled milk, also called buttermilk, to prepare the cake. It will be fluffy and moist even with less oil.
