My mother used to make this dish the same way except she added rosemary to it. We have Louisiana roots. Very connected to Haiti!!!!when it comes to the diaspora, I always say follow the food!

Happy Thanksgiving! I made this recipe for Thanksgiving yesterday and is was amazingly delicious! Unfortunately, I have no left overs today 😕. I guess I have to make one for myself today. 😁 Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will be adding this to my repertoire of dishes to make during the holidays.
