I think I would have added a few mixed Herbs to counter-act the saltiness of the corned beef, but this looks a great Pie.

Absolutely can, recipes are just guides, I do tend to only buy ship cornedbeef as it’s not as salty as some others also nice with leek in place of onion

You do know that it is the LAW that ALWAYS some of the Corned Beef goes into the mouth of the Cook. You did not appear to do this so you should be ashamed of yourself :-).
