Wunderbar - wir lieben Cornwall und vermissen es jetzt sehr, da wir im Moment nicht reisen können. Gruß aus Germany.

My family and I have visited Mevagissey many times and it’s our favourite place...hope to go again in 2021 for a few days.

Another excellent video, thank you Sarah and Andrew. Clearly much time goes into the content and editing of your walks. Mevagissey looks stunning (like Polperro) and will definitely be on our itinerary next year. John particularly liked the shop window displaying pasties, and we had to pause the video whilst he drooled over them! It was odd not seeing the dogs but fully understand why you did the walk without them - we'd be reluctant to take ours along that road. Love Andrew's comments - they really make us laugh. Keep them coming...

I agree, we said to each other how much it reminded us of Polperro. Glad you enjoyed it! Sarah

After watching the Quaker House in Come-to-Good, KZfaq brought us back to this lovely walk. Reminded us of our visit a few weeks ago. John found some extremely tasty wholemeal veggie pasties in one of the bakers and would dearly love some more, not to mention the Roskilly's ice cream! There is always next year...!

Reminiscing already! Pasties sound good - Andrew would probably prefer the ice cream! Sarah :)

Charming video with wonderful scenery (mud & cows) extra. I love Mevagissy again very well done. Missed the boys but understand why they were missing. Well done......don’t think I could have done the gate so 10/10 guys.

Oh the gate! A lady was putting up signs for a village fete/event and placed a heavy duty shopping bag over the barbed wire and we were able to get over - she was sooooo kind!!

I think you will love Mevagissey - it's everything a Cornish harbour should be, with lots to offer! Keep watching - you may find Charlestown interesting, that; nearby and if you like your garden, Caerhays is a must while the Magnolias are out! Sarah :)

Another good one - and you were lucky with the weather. We have been staying near Helston but sadly our holiday is at an end. We might try a winter holiday in North Cornwall early next year. Chris

Oooh - sounds interesting! I hope you had a great holiday in Helston and you were able to get out and see some of the Lizard peninsula. North Cornwall is on our hit list too.... if the weather gives us a good day that coincides with our day off, Hallow'een special is planned! Fingers crossed, in fact everything crossed!!!

Hi Sarah & Andrew, we incorporated this lovely walk into a 9 mile hike around Mevagissey and Heligan today. We are pleased to report there was no mud and no cows to negotiate, thereby also avoiding the gate covered in barbed wire. Mootorhomes were, however, in abundance! The initial coastal stretch to Pentewan Sands was quite challenging in places - Andrew was right (4:07)!
