I have a small side corn on my toe ...can I use a 17 % salicylic acid ( generic wart remover liguid ) for corn removal.... I plan to carefully apply it directly to the corn and cover with a bandage afterwards, daily .... any other recommendations I should follow?.... thank you

I'm always shopping online for shoes and insoles and spare no expense. I record 11K plus steps a night as a contract custodian working alone overnight at two extensions of the local hospital, and my feet feel like they are about to catch fire when I finish after 7-8 hours of constant motion. I love my job. I was employed throughout the pandemic, and it pays better than most people think. I'm so focused at work that I don't notice the hurt until I'm done. Just old school foot care is what I need to be doing daily without fail.

I do like the Urea Products you're right a bit pricey but it's worth the pain free

I use a rolled up piece of 80 grit sandpaper on my large calluses. It works well, partially because the extra dead skin will sand off into dust where the healthy soft skin will not. So it works as a guide.

Corn operation was done on the palm of my right foot. It happened again a month later. What is the permanent solution?

My 8 yrs old callus finally gone...i've tried almost everything but it keeps on coming back..finally..by using duct tape and homemade padding from yoga mat (splitted into two)..first, trim the callus as thin as possible and apply moisturizer on it so it dosent dried up so quickly forming hard top layer again..cover it every day for 5 days ( make sure to clean it everyday and cover it again). No need to put hole on the padding..just keep it flat..make sure you dont feel the pain when using the paddding..if u still feel the pain, adjust the thickness of the padding. Make sure to moisturize the callus by using vaseline before sleeping..and cover it. Good luck!

It's almost 2 years of pandemic and I never wear shoes or anything tight (even socks) 98% of the time since I am just at home. But why are my corns on my finger toes keep coming back harder and bigger even after I removed it and moisturized it?
