What Croc doesnt or chooses not the understand is he cant make these comparisons with clowns... To be a clown, you MUST consent to be voice IDed. It is part of their rules. It is to protect themselves from being unmasked because in a lot of cases, the masks are, to them, their faces and their identity. Instead, he likes to argue his point when it isnt necessary. Just yesterday, Pockets was asked to ID himself to Croc and he did. No issues. But because Croc couldnt see his face, he made it into an issue and then proceeded to unmask Pockets, essentially removing his identity/face. People are saying Whippy is a good roleplayer or whatever but it just seems like he wants to rage bait like Penta used to do... Hiding behind the guise that he is trying to get rid of loopholes or whatever by making crims bring the issue to court. But at least Penta did that shit while the government was still functioning and things could be changed.

It seems like you left out a lot of context here... Croc is arguing against the clown code and trying to say it's dumb. The other PD are the reasonable ones here. Voice + Mask is more than enough to ID a clown, because that's what they agreed to. It's why clowns are allowed to wear masks while being arrested. If croc had his way, they would unmask Chatterbox while in the cells and it would be hella weird.

Crocs do not understand that a Clown Mask is gained in RP not in mechanics as he does. Everyone else understand this is RP and he doesnt, its just mechanics for him. Another W chaser cop.
