I mean this argument falls apart as soon as you bring it into the real world. Dude gets shot is passed out on the ground cops arrive on scene they are 1000% going to see a guy has been shot and search him for where else he has been shot most times they will remove shirts and pants to see if they are bleeding anywhere else just by doing that they would find the gun IRL unless its in a bag but K's gun was in his pocket in game so. in the context of the server there was shots fired you rock up and find a guy in the drivers seat bleeding out other people leaving the scene you stop everyone and cuff them and call for EMS as you have no idea what has happened then you GSR everyone who isint bleeding out then EMS roll up as they are treating him you GSR him his negative you transport to hospital and then get a statement there. Cornwood lied in this video they didint GSR anyone only Ramee and K and both were clean so there should be no reason to search them
