You can battle the potent swurmy beside the resetinator if you pet it a couple of times untill it get angry.

the total you can allocate is 126: 63 from normal leveling and upto 63 based on potential. the highest potential is 21 and you get 3 points per potential, hence the 63. it's all ok though because the latest updates make it your coromon are all perfect while in pvp. so you don't need to catch perfect coromon to compete in pvp

You have to buy the game on Steam (PC) or Nintendo Switch. It’s not released on Mobile yet
