Along one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is the city of Coronado. It’s home of the Hotel Del, a vacation destination, and it's known for its spectacular real estate.
A historic beachfront home known as the Crown Manor is currently listed for sale at $40 million.
Real estate agent Scott Aurich, who listed the property, gave our Heather Myers a tour.

Yeah, I don't have $40 million but if I did I'd probably look for something more updated. Only a history buff would love this.

Google says the property taxes are 0.73, so if that's accurate, the annual property taxes are just a bit shy of $300,000.

Is actually less than 30,000 a year because the house is marked as a California state landmark.

American needs solution to homeless issues not have news reporters advertise for real estate companies. I am taking CBS 8 subscription off. Hope the reporter gets her cut from the advertisement.

they request the news cast to go there its a story for the the news they dont need to pay them its their job.
