In this lecture, Professor Zach Murphy will present on Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), also known as Ischemic Heart Disease. The lecture will cover the causes and pathophysiology of CAD, including stable angina, unstable angina, NSTEMI, and STEMI. It will then discuss the complications associated with a myocardial infarction caused by CAD. The lecture will transition to a digital presentation on the diagnosis of CAD using 12 lead ECG examples. Great lectures but i wish you would stay with the whiteboard. The impact is completely different. The whiteboard helps us “ chew “ the content and retain it. Please think about this.

Excellent Video!! This is the first one I watched in its entirety. You should of included the possibilities of Patient receiving either an Pacemaker for those Bradycardias, ICD's for those VT/ VF and CRT-P/ CRT-D for those with HF sx,

Hello, Your videos are very helpful ❤ Just a little doubt.. Unstable angina can have Troponin level too… if we use ultra sensitive testing, so aren’t these two same( unstable and NSTEMI)? As earlier no such testing was available.

No the levels are so low that most test aren't sensitive to that.
