Well, for many unsuspecting people I believe it was in fact made famous by the similarity to Champions League music. Until recently the last Coronation was 70 years ago. Thank you for taking the time to engage! 🙂

Thank you! I think the biggest stretch there is a 10th, on white notes. You could always try a fast spread catching lower note in the pedal. Loose forearm required. Thanks for getting in touch. 🙏🏻

Nice, but let down by the fact that it was all played at much the same volume. In the original orchestral version, the first half is quiet, but when the choir comes in, the audience is hit by a wall of sound. This contrast, is to me, what makes the piece so great and I was expecting and waiting something similar on the piano, but it didn't happen.

@@pianowithspencer88 Many thanks for your reply. I have a recording on CD of an orchestral version of Zadok the Priest by John Eliot Gardiner, which I took to a music group that I belong to. The organiser duly put it on and set the volume to a comfortable level. When the choir came in, he shouted "OMG", jumped out of his chair and rushed over to the CD player to turn it down. I couldn't stop laughing. Keep up the good work - you play very well and it's excellent to be able to listen to such music 'on demand'.

Haha! Yes 0.75 is certainly more stately. I was probably rushing to finish before my next lesson started! Maybe I’ll try another take at some point. Nice to hear from you
