If instead of Daisy and Daniel setting him up he had continued to stalk her and then kidnapped her on the wedding day then he would be arrested for kidnap which means no possibility of bail, him hopefully getting psychiatric help and Daisy being safe.

If anything, it could have all been different had Justin never proved to be a serial stalker who simply chose Daisy as his next target. Maybe if Justin never stalked Daisy to begin with then he could have formed a really close friendship with her. And furthermore, he'd earn a lot of sympathy because of his mother's illness and death if he never stalked Daisy beforehand. But in the end he tormented Daisy by stalking her and refusing to stop doing it when she pleaded with him to stop doing it. That is why Justin should never get any sympathy even when he lost his mother. She'd probably died never knowing exactly what her son had been doing to Daisy, and if that's true then it is actually tragic - that Justin's mother had spent her last moments possibly believing that her son was good when in reality he was secretly doing bad things. In other words, Justin lied to his mother the whole time and concealed the truth from her until she died so she could never know about it when still alive. Now that Justin's mother is resting in peace, she'd probably be looking down on Earth and see exactly what her son is doing. Thereupon she'd be horrified and feeling quite ashamed with Justin, not to mention with herself too for not seeing what he was like and not teaching him right or wrong. But that wouldn't entirely be her fault because of Justin himself. So there you have it then. I will say that it is sad that Justin lost his mother and he does have every right to grieve, but that doesn't mean his behaviour towards Daisy should be excused if he continues to pester her and refuse to stop at her bequest. If Justin's mother were alive and knew what her son was doing, then she'd want Justin to stop pestering Daisy for her sake. Either that or she'd be ashamed with his behaviour if he refused at her bequest as well as Daisy's bequest - thereby proving that he is a very selfish and insecure man-like-child who cares about nobody but himself.

They do in some cases. Pat and Peggy used to call each other a bitch as well on Eastenders. I don’t think soaps are allowed to do it every night. It’s like with words that can be taken as homophobic or racist, they can use it for a storyline but not all of the time.
