I can understand why everyone is irritated by Gail I myself have felt like she needs to stop. But she cares about Sarah and is worried about her and some moms/dads go about things differently, either way, her hearts in the right place.

Martin should have stood up to Gail for Sarah. He would have said Gail you do not treat your daughter like that if Sarah said she isn't hungry she isn't so leave her alone.

@@princesscatrin9881 Tbf Gail has a point. Sarah was probably in a calorie deficit which could result in excessive weight loss. Sarah could've become underweight so Gail has a point.

Daisy Wheatley yes they is parents worry about it because they could develop eating disorders I know she was pregnant but they can worry about that

She was anorexic at that time and she was pregnant but she didn't know it yet

She wasn't anorexic she was just pregnant. She was in fact over weight we find out in a later episode.

@@onlineextrovert5842 Sirona 2018 is my old account.. by the way and you can actually be anorexic and overweight just in case you didn't know. Idk if Sarah was. But she was more than likely beginning to get that way.

sister chan asmr Yes I did know but thanks :) She wanted to loose weight as a result of getting pregnant and gaining more weight so that's why I'm not sure she was anorexic. Anorexia more so springs from a subconscious reaction to something not from an obvious cause like gaining weight from pregnancy. Yes I'm unsure what the case was too
