People that are guileless, will often not accept the reality of the situation even when it involves their own children or parents. Yes & now they've let him out again because the laptop was obtained illegally. The law's an ass. The detectives should immediately get a warrant so they can try to retrieve footage from the laptops hard drive. Imrans pretty useless in all this. Surely anybody who's watched or read detective stories would know the normal investigative procedures. I know how thorough SOCOs are in their search of a property after a serious affray. This is an attempted murder charge. One is innocent until proven guilty so they would look for proof of self defence. Yazmeens defence council would have insisted on the house being electronically swept. All laptops cameras phones plus the CCTV camera would have been examined. This would have been over weeks ago if the writers had shown our CID doing a proper job. Don't forget both Alya & Yazmeen had been interviewed under Clare's Law. That would have shown their concern & they would've liaised with detectives. Really annoying & inept writing. Ian Bartholomew & Shelley King have been chatting on morning programmes how factual the story is. Yes the coercive control part maybe but certainly not the investigation. Sorry getting worked up. Just thinking of all the poor people suffering who feel there's no point calling the police.

Elaine was terrified of him I don't think we've seen the worst of Geoff. If your that scared of someone if they say don't make a noise and get in this car you do. Elaine left her son you have to be really scared to leave your child

If I'd been her that day I would have run to safety screaming. Jenny was walking by & the shop was open. I wouldn't have gone down the ginnell.
