As many European nations tighten restrictions amid fears of a second wave of coronavirus infections, the scene in Sweden could not be more stark in contrast. After experiencing an early summer surge in new cases, Sweden again has one of the lowest infection rates in Europe and life still has some sembelance of normality. Has Sweden found the sustainable response to the pandemic so many other countries have searched for, or is the relatively low case-load an abnormality?
