I completely agree wholeheartedly. I worked in these sets of circumstances for 35 years. I had to do meditation to set my state. Walk it off after work. Or immediately get on KZfaq or the gym daily Mon-Fri. I had to trick my mind with you deserve to be here just as much as anyone else. Silence is golden. Be aware so you know how to move. My dreams and goals are coming into reality. How it will get done is God's business, not my business. Listening to John C Maxwell I learned that I intimated them with knowing my silence was super power. It was hell her on earth. Like you, I did what I needed to do. I retired after 35 years. You are very wise. This, too, shall pass, and still you RISE. Blessings to you always!!!!!!

My company changed the rules about when employees could take their annual leave when I was about to take my yearly vacation, and refused my time off. I settled for monetary compensation, but it really wasn’t that much. However, the job on the whole is not too bad. I’ve been in far more toxic jobs, which gave me better holidays. You need to weigh up what you can tolerate.
