(suggested) Or The ship hit the rocks and it sank to the bottom of the sea. (your) Last The ship hit the rocks and sank to the bottom of the sea. (suggested and seems to be corrected) The last sentence has one clause followed by two prepositional phrases connected by the conjunction 'and'; however, no comma. Thanks!!!
