ربنا يباركلك يا دكتور عالفيديو الجميل دة كنت عايز اسالك المفروض نقيس من margins mesial and distal بس ولا فاي حتة لانه عند الcusps بيبقي العمق كبير لان cusp عالي

ممتنة شكرا. صحيح عند ال cusps يكون أعلى فنحتاج نقيس من ال Mesial and distal cavosurface margins. أهم شيء أقل منطقة تكون أكثر من ١ مم. يعني ممكن يكون Mesial and distal 1.5 mm and at the cusps 2 mm. لأن إذا كان أقل من ١ مم the cavity will not be retentive and the restoration can break (primary retentive form and primary resistance form will be affected)

Midway between the fossa or central groove and the outer surface of the tooth. When overextended, the cavity margins will be weak and can fracture.

عادة ما تمتد في secondary grooves. في central grooves from the Mesial to the distal triangular fossa, the buccal and lingual grooves is half way between the cusp tips. You can watch the video of the class I outlines, it’s explained there. It will easier for you to see it.
