We correct ppl based on who we are is so important. Mindfulness on where we are and realistically where another person is should always be taken into consideration

Some of us are dealing with triggers from trauma of an overly critical parent which makes it hard to receive constructive criticism without become overly emotional. This makes it so one runs from correction or be down right defensive towards it . Also the person correcting could be the factor because some have more of an open ear to others.

Ya’ll dont know how hard I’ve been struggling with correcting without it coming across as criticism, and my husband has been struggling with accepting correction too! I love this! You guys were straight forward and to the point! You don’t need an hour, 2-3 hour sessions to teach! I’m not saying some of us some need that time, but we do need shorter sessions from time to time.
