Defect agar occur hogaya usme prevention action hota nahi hai sirf corrective action hota hai. Customer complaints mein sirf corrective action hi hota hai. Oem ke formats galat hai. Preventive action ka examples fmea mein mileage jahan potential defects ka discussion hota hai. Spc live charts bhi example hai preventive action ke.
