May I know how to test demographics (age, gender, working experience) with a dependent variable (job satisfaction) to find out whether demographics are linked to job satisfaction or not? Can you let me know the step-by-step on how to test it? thank you.

Sir I had one more question if my data is likert scale data then it has to be put in spss by changing it to mean first method? Can I not just take the total score that I get in the end?

The explanation is very, very good. It clarified and demystified SPSS and statistical analysis for me. However, you spend 10 minutes of the 18 minutes of the video explaining correlation, which was simple enough to understand from the beginning. You could have explained it faster and spent much less time on that part, and it would have been perfectly clear for the viewer. This is a small criticism that doesn't take from the value of the video. I hope you take it with an open heart. Thanks!
