Not sure how much an intake actually adds. But i did observe that having a bigger intake means the engine pulls back less during the multi week long times when its triple digits nearly all day. And the noise is nice.

You dont really need a catch can for the Pentastars. They have port injection so gas goes over the valves. Just use good gas for every few tanks and you should be fine.
