Nice reviews! I am back after a year and a half of work and family stuff eating up my hobby time (as well it should when the need calls, of course). Videos like yours keep me motivated to finish the Wife's prep for her Code One Ariadna force. My force and my kiddos have been shelved for far too long...

One of the art team at CB has a lot of love for classic StarCraft, it seems. Ko Dali, iirc, is a pretty close parallel to Infested Kerrigan, in design. I'm curious to see what other call backs they bring out down the line... Maybe a Jim Raynor-inspired motorcycle unit?

PanO was instrumental in supporting the JSA secession from YJ. You can see some other weapons in JSA are actually Pano weapons rather than YJ.

Stigmata is the plural, Stigmaton is singular. That's why the difference. Like Bluecoats vs Bluecoat

Lol I just replied to someone else using Bluecoats as an example. In the Army builder an individual Bluecoat is called a Bluecoat (like a Kappa is called a Kappa). Yet the listing for the unit is ‘Bluecoats’ vs ‘Kappa Unit’. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of consistency

Might be a losing battle this. Another game I have has Jotun in the army list so people pluralise it as Jotuns, even though Jotun is the plural and Jotnar is the singular. People will argue and argue that because it's in the army list it's gospel

The Rodoks, unfortunately, saw a massive points increase that have cut them from all my lists. I ran them consistently before the update. You could Core them too which was nice. But now, there is so much internal competition that I can’t see a reason to take them.

Strictly speaking, "stigmata" is the plural of "stigma", so forget "stigmaton": you should only be talking about "stigmata" if you're forming that fireteam...! (I joke, but now I think about it CB does has form for using the plural on the package for single items...)

This is true. In O12 the army building listing for the line infantry is ‘Kappa Unit’ within are individual Kappa troopers. That doesn’t translate to Bluecoats who are individually called a Bluecoat but the listing has them as Bluecoats.

Hey i found your channel while I was looking for guides for Infinity. Currently I am struggeling to find a faction to start with. My top picks would be CA, Alepph or Nomands and their sectorials. Which one would you recommend if i wish to participate in tournaments ? ANy help or insight would be awesome :)

All of them are really good factions! You can do well in a tournament with any of those options.

This isn’t easy as I love all of those factions in N4! Aleph hit hard and are difficult to take down. Nomads are softer but have more hacking tricks. CA are so broad that you have a tonne of models and sectorials to play. I would play them all if I could! I’ve seen all three win tournaments. Which do you think looks coolest?
