The lines that divide us are nowhere near as strong as the ties that bind us. When we join together and work together -- we will rise.

Cory’s spent his entire career running towards big challenges that others had given up on, bringing people together to do things that others thought were impossible.
As a tenant lawyer, city councilman, mayor, and now U.S. senator, Cory has spent his life bringing people together to take on the problems we face. And what he’s learned is that the support of a loving community can overcome even the most insurmountable challenges. His vision for our country is one in which we are measured by our ability to love and to come together to create a more fair and just nation for everyone.

*"I am Cory Booker, and I support freedom, democracy, and the American dream. I grew up in a family that valued opportunity and courage. Together, we can rise, and if we do that, America can live out it's potential. We can, together, be a better nation, for all people, regardless of skin color, sexual orientation or religion. We can, and we will stand up, with courage."* There, wrote your next speech; and best of all, no policies, no platform, no vision. Send me 5$ and I'll work harder on the next one.

There was a time when I respected Booker... and now not even VP-worthy. identity politics, identity politics, identity politics "I'm for rising, and food, and the common purpose of determining our common purpose...anyone know what that is? I'm for it! And rising! I believe we can. And I'll betray Americans in favor of my corporate interests at the drop of a hat. Oh no, I wasn't supposed to say that out loud."

This is how the game is played. Why, You might ask? Let me lay it out for you. If you lay bare your entire platform it seems to be transparency and would appeal to... fucking no one. What you have just done is open yourself up to criticism. If your plan is common sense reforms it doesn't matter. They call it the opposition for a reason. If you were a football coach would you discuss with the other team your game plan. Good sportsmanship sure, the problem is no matter how brilliant your play calls, the other side isn't going to just let you walk all over them. The best way to approach your goal is to get your team motivated behind a broad game plan. Keep the opposition completely clueless as to your tactics until the game is underway. This is politics 101. I'm sad so many voters are completely oblivious to how it works. You might be young. Get a clue. I can't believe your vote counts as much as mine.

Dear Senator Booker, you have elected to run for President of the United States. I ask you how can you elect to run. when your office would not help a veteran who comes to your office several times (both in Newark and Washington) seeking assistance to obtain medical treatment from the VA hospital in East Orange. Unfortunately, you think very little of veterans who have served and contributed to this country. To know that when a veteran comes to your office seeking help and received now, can only leave one with expressing the indignity done in your name by your office. You feel it is more important to focus on criminal reform than to give help to veterans that have served this country honorably. If you feel that this criticism of you and your office is unfair or inaccurate I have the correspondence and the times that a Veteran went to your office seeking help.

Cory Booker, I think you'd make a great president but... I was sorry to hear you mention "REALTORS" in such a disparaging way. Realtors today are the champions for countless persons purchasing their first home. This is especially noteworthy being that our nation is facing an unprecedented homeless crisis. Realtors are connected to the very fabric of the country!

Have you done any research on what he did there? He helped turn around their economy and grow the population in the MIDDLE of the great recession. They have seen population growth for the first time in decades after losing more and more businesses, jobs and people every year prior. He was only mayor for two terms so your claim of him being there for twenty years is really off.

The words "collective" and "common" are used ad nauseam thorughout this ad...but not one mention of the word "individual", let alone the concept of individualism. While I'm sure Booker looks at this little speech as positive and uplifting...I can hardly think of a more depressing reality for America--or any nation or group of people--than one in which the individual is forgotten, and in which we are expected to act "collectively" for "common" purposes. Such a nation is the polar opposite of a Free Nation.

One question Booker should face - at least by the standard Democrats and their media torpedoes established during the Kavanaugh hearings - is whether Booker molested a homosexual man in a bathroom. Booker visited the man’s workplace, the man alleged in October, which was something of an honor because Booker is a champion of the Lavender Lobby.
@stephenabm7779

The accusation would not be worth repeating were it not for the unfounded claims that Booker and his fellow Democrats, including Harris, lodged against Kavanaugh. Booker’s attack on Kavanaugh was vicious, although he claimed to regret his calling Kavanaugh supporters “complicit in evil.”
