I don't think there's big delay with providing COS. I received the COS within 5 days and received the visa decision within 6 days after completing the visa applications. we applied for the COS on 5th January 2024. there might be slight variances with the dates. but I know some people who applied for the T2 visa received there decision within same time frames.

To be honest , UK employer have submitted a request for approval on 05 January 2024 from the home office to recruit an international employee under skilled work visa category with all the necessary documents. They will still waiting for home office approval or any other update regarding my application. However , they contacted the home office two weeks ago and they said that there is a huge backlog resulting in delays and they are unable to give an estimated time frame. Seeking you advice mr harsha ?

Hi Harsha, my sister has got a job offer from a care home at folkstone UK through a recruiting agent and we made the initial payment of around Rs 6lax for visa processing. But recruiting agency is now telling that care home is financially loss and they can recruit my sis or anyone further. What should we do? Can you pls assist us giving some opinions?
