The “ants are venomous” line shows his style though. He’s not gonna call the cross over/in n out move that he did to get to that dunk. His play by play announcing for a play by play guy leaves much more to be desired. I thought they made a mistake letting Dave go, but I was wrong. They made a fantastic decision. With any good announcer, It’s all rinse and repeat because that’s what announcing should be. 95% of the time it’s stuff youve seen a thousand times unless you’re new to the game.
@jordanlaine74122 ай бұрын
@@goskateminnesota7256 You know why they let Benz go? Money. Diamond Sports Group hasn't been doing financially well for a while; bet Grady makes 60% of Benz's salary. He's young, so who knows. He's not even close to Jordan right now though. Jordan was injured when he was 22, but averaged 37 ppg at 23 in a much more defense-oriented league. Compare other stats, and it's obvious that young Jordan was way better than the player Edwards is now, and that's not including intangibles, which Jordan had in spades.

Anthony Edwards serpentine like lay-ups through traffic are pleasing to watch as well. How he doesn’t get many and-ones from those is frustrating because he gets a lot of contact.
