Finally got around to making this, I hope it helped somebody :D I'm sure I missed something because there is a lot to the class but I covered everything I thought of. If you have any questions don't be afraid to comment!

great wizard video thanks for bringing issues up. multiple things i wanted to see starting with first is examples of positioning at start of fights. second how to engage said packs; in terms of sages usage / meteor usage/ other ranged cc usages. third rabam heal and how to get it out properly with out inting. forth how to get out your lighthouse out properly with out inting life. sixth how to dive balls and where exactly to aim for; i know you said u want to be behind them to the side of them yet balls are not perfect and u cannot be exactly behind people or to the side as fast classes and balls move when u move and they get position and they can cc u and take side advantage from you as well. seventh how to find opportunities with sages and capitalize on them. what i mean by these for example is a question like this: when do u use tp off bar? ur answer when your weapon is put away and running. clearly there are more uses than that example being when getting up from cc as game bugs and weapons get put away but for the issues i talked about that is lacking in this video and i know that may make the video long but the skills that u talked bout i feel may be common knowledge to an actual wizard player and the intricacies is the thing that is missing in the gameplay.

That's the Battlefield Honor scroll, its +500hp. You get it by getting fort kill/top kills when you win a node! if that's what you were talking about

Great vid! Do you still use the selected skill Bolide? Also, for PvEvP (smaller scale pvp), would you recommend any big changes to what you showed? Was thinking water sphere or aqua jail

i always use bolide bon, its just really the best option. water sphere has some use in dueling tho, but the rest are pretty meh

Hey man thanks for the video! As a wiz who have been on a 2 year break I can see that Awakening abilities have been overhauled quite a bit, in a positive way. I am simply wondering what the choice between Succ vs Awake is right now. Could you briefly cover the apm differences between the two builds, the pve advantage, and if there are any of the "new" grindspots which heavily favor either of the wiz specs? thanks so much

Apm wise awakening is significantly easier. And for mostly all high end pve awakening wizard is far better at grinding then succ. both work at midgame/early game though

Thx for the guide a lot. Funny thing that i made almost the same build, but i decided to choose hybrid with muskans and blue Dahns gloves wich with mind set(acc artifacts) gives me in kutum 907 acc, 442 dr and 1086 eva(just with tent and church) for it's good, but i'm noobie))) only 693 for now))))))

For the Pet summoning (F) do you lock either of them, and are there any tricks & tips for when coming out of respawn and losing the spawn protection when pulling your weapons out. it feels abit annoying either losing that extra second pulling the pet out for the 40%ish more damage. Or am I missing something about fast pet summoning in nodewars?

I lock both pets and summon them off of hotbar. And yea, spawning up, I always summon pet and raise my camera to max height and then bomb, you don't really have any time to prebuff if you want to use immunity other then that

Thank you for this video. I've recently started playing as a Wiz, and it has been very helpful. :D Could you provide some insight regarding T1 nodes? I'm having difficulties understanding why in t1 capped node, i get defeat easily, even I thought we are equal footing. I'm aware of additional buffs like church, tent, elixirs, etc., but I sense that there are extra buffs others are using, making me feel comparatively weak. Also, I seem to miss attacks frequently.

I don't ever t1 so I don't know specifics, but hidden buffs would be elixirs and stuff for special attack damage % increase, hp on hit, etc. If you're missing make sure you reach the accuracy cap for the node, if you hover over a t1 node on the map it will tell you the requirement

Nice guide. any suggestions where to look for dr guide? can't seem to find much consensus on accessories. my build is currently going to revolve around triple tet debo (just need to finish grinding earring) and then maybe dawn+ominous for now? I'm not sure atm. Doesn't seem like we need much acc on awk

Honestly its hard to say, I've never been DR and I don't think there are any dr stacked awake wizards. But in theory I think narcs and cadry would be really good cuz you would just die without it

@@Cosini I mean the other side of the coin is just ap monkey, but it seems eva might be better for largescale and surviving the hordes of potential gearlets. just worried about pve with eva gear

@@NuggetsAIGHT pve never been an issue for me personally, with kabua it's even easier. And yea, it would just be a playstyle choice, full ap bomber or a tankier build

About how much Eva do you run most of the time? I'm running DR, but considering picking up some boots/gloves/ethereal (or other), so that I can maintain 3 set debo

I usually run kutum + centaur. So 307ap. that's my main uncapped pvp setup. I swap other stuff around if needed sometimes

As a PvE player just go DR. It's better at all the end game spots and will allow you to go full damage for PvE alot easier

@@nyxo2897 Yea for pve you just go full ap, and if you end up wanting to pvp and need accuracy you can get some accuracy swaps, cuz in pve we dont really need accuracy at all outside of crypt

How is witch and wizard awakening comparisons nowadays? I'm coming back after years of break and enjoyed both but they were always similar, not sure if they've deviated at all nowadays.

Awakening wizard is more of a bomber and more SA focused where as witch is more FG focused. Awakening witch PvP damage is kinda bad ATM though.. significantly less then wizard. But their play styles are quite different compared to back in the day where they both kinda did the same thing

I wear urugons and a narc for dehkia grinding. You don't evade anything at dehkia so only Dr matters

I like to use the new group tp to actually go in so that i could have 2 more tp's to play with, i like it also b/c you can get pretty far into their ball instead of getting hit by a few straglers in the back.

fair, i used it to go in at the beginning and u can kinda quad tp and cover giga distance, but now i save it for escaping cuz its so OP for that with the long

If you use swift earthquake for the panic super armor like you said and then use new magnus skill right after it will cancel the animation like sage rage

Bro for pvp i'm still going to be succ but they've changed awakened a lot. It's almost worthwhile to give it a try. I was going to do it for pve b/c it's a little more simplier and persistent damage.
