I have been dreaming of the day when I would get around to film my crystal collection and I'm so excited to show you guys part one of my crystal collection :) This video is showing off my larger pieces & also my favorites. This is a longer video because I thought it would be fun to give you a little background info on what I use the crystal for, an intention I set with it, or a story relating to why I got the crystal. I know this video is old but if you haven’t figured out whether or not that sphere is honey calcite or citrine by now, you can take a sharp piece of quartz and try to scratch it. If it leaves a scratch it’s calcite. If not, it’s a quartz based stone. I know this kinda sucks to do, but you can do it in a way that won’t damage the stone too obviously. For me, sometimes just knowing the truth is worth the damage. (The same is true in so many situations. Haha) ☺️

fun fact about bumblebee jasper: it is actually not jasper, but rather a mix of volcanic sediment, and it is only found at the base of the volcano mt. Papandayan in Indonesia!

I think you’re right, that sphere looks like honey calcite to me too. I love that your bf collects crystals too! I love palm stones so much...they just feel so nice to hold. Interestingly, when I first started collecting crystals I thought you needed a massive crystal to get massive benefits...I have since learned that the smaller crystals pack quite a punch & I love that I can carry them in my pocket! I think I actually prefer smaller crystals. Your collection is beautiful 😍

Bumblebee jasper you should totally work with more. It has such a good energy 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 helps with your personal power. Love the candle holder, Celestite and Aragonite!! The later are personal favorites of mine in my collection :)

Another note- I’m pretty sure that large geode 20 mins in is actually calcite- most likely from Morocco. I have the same thing and I thought it was quartz too. It’s still powerful and still great for charging your other stones and jewelry, it’s just calcite. Not quartz.

Your crystals are very beautiful and some of the best for pulling in the positive energy. Clear quartz are one of my favorite crystals and yes I love the agate crystals too.

If you love your aragonite bars cluster, you would LOVE cave calcite (also aragonite)! It has an amazing energy and it also REALY looks like coral!!!!

Lovely collection!!! I think that small sphere is Honey Calcite too, looks like one I have... Calcite spheres are often sold as Clear Quartz, a real problem, lol

Hi! I’m a new subscriber and your channel is teaching me so much about crystals - I’ve been fascinated with them since I believe in the power special objects to bring strength and protection into my life. For example, a scarf I have that I’ve traveled with and wore during a service trip abroad. I’ve been looking into crystals with a similar lens but I am seeking to understand them before I jump in and buy one! Like you, I was immediately drawn to Citrine and also Selenite (because of my name!) can’t wait to learn more

Wow amazing. Girl you need some labradorite in your collection, really great stone. In your opinion and experience do you find that the size of the crystal matters when working with them? I see a lot of people displaying really large pieces. 💜 🙏

I actually do have labradorite! hehe it's actually my next video coming out on Friday, that is SO funny!! Honestly I think its really good to start off with a smaller piece and then if it becomes so essential in your life then you can look start looking for a larger piece, just because it can be so pricy. I do not think size matters when it comes to the energetic benefits, even the smallest stone can pack a powerful punch :)

Pyrite can rust or discolor when exposed to water but I have never heard of it dissolving.

To be honest, I love pyrite so much so I've never personally put it anywhere near water, so yes I'm not 100% sure if it would dissolve, but it would definitely damage it! Thanks for your comment :)

I’m getting in mediation and I’m trying to really understand this . Again only if you would like but I would love to learn to mediate more and how it can help me. Thank you!

I love that idea!! I am actually gonna be talking about how to meditate with crystals in my next chakra video, so that will give you a little insight on how to do it, but it would be a great idea to dedicate a whole video on that as well, I appreciate the recommendation :)

HAHA thank you so much! You know I'm a nail biter so I had to plan on growing them out for like 3 weeks and then I gave myself a manicure because no nail salons are open! I tried very hard to make them look cute because I knew they would be having their "close up" :) LOL so funny

I found out that citrine does not form in little clusters like that and that heat treated citrine is usually amethyst :( beautiful collection though.

I would imagine that Bumble bee jasper would be toxic since it is formed within the radius of a volcano. I think it's yellow because of sulfur. so it would become sulfuric powder . . . just a theory though.

I'm pretty sure you confused heat treated citrine with heat treated amhyset labeled as citrine but I don't know

It's basically the same thing lol the whole heat treated citrine has many opinions about it, but yes you are correct, it is amethyst first then it turns to heat treated "citrine" both start out as a clear quartz first, then depending what goes on in the earth they either change to purple or yellow. Maybe one day I will do a whole video about this lil pickle lol
