Cosmo and Adam are my favorite fighters starting as enemies becoming friends/sparring partners. It rare but i like how Adam grew in Kengan Omega as fighter, even when Cosmo is still ahead of Adam because he is prodigy who been fighting Kengan Matchs at 16 years of age.

Fun little fact about Cosmo youre gonna both love and hate. After the tournament ended Metsudo Katahara himself hired Cosmo to train his security team. Wow that ending made no sense. I hate a decent fight being won by some yadda yadda technique that borders on magic. Sure he can slip passed his perception but for him to just start hallucinating doesn't make any sense

I don't blame you for questioning it. But let me say this. The technique that Cosmo applied isn't likely to happen but is possible. If you have heard of the Choke game. It is meant to cut off oxygen from the brain. And if so. It may temporarily cause Euphoria. As demonstrated in the scene. Adam was in a high state of happiness or laughter, as you can see Adam happily punching out Cosmo. It can also be called Blackout challenge, meant to induce loss of consciousness.

@@itsbullzie it takes time to restrict blood flow yes it is possible to make you loopy but it wouldn't instantly happen in less than a second. It basically shows this guy losing all compression of reality instantly and in 2 heartbeats he's out like this fighter must be the least healthy human being on earth. Hulk Hogan once accidentally (kind of on purpose) sleep held a talk show host and that dude went unconscious very very quickly but he was not athletic and completely surrendered and he still didn't go down as fast as the guy in this fight. Oh and you can't run faster than human perception baki pushed the idea of a punch in this amount of time but punching maybe I can buy that your reaction time is just so far above you can pop in a jab but running and grappling faster than human perception is just really stupid and falls into flash level speeds

@@josephroszell you are correct. It is ridiculous that Cosmo can just. "Slip past someones perception." it doesn't make any sense. Not to mention, Adam is already unconscious when Cosmo locks in the triangle hold. So yeah, like I said. I don't blame you for questioning it. But remember, it is a cartoon and moves, fights and techniques are going to be exaggerated in the fight. I mean, we are talking about a show where Julius drags Wakasuki's face across the wall then proceeds to get grounded and pounded by him only to win with two kicks, cause legs are 4x stronger than arms. So things are going to be head-scratchers. Something's will not make sense because anime. I'd say though, this anime is more realistic then most though.

i don't kwon if you ever grappled with someone who's 30 or more kg heavier than you, i've done it, and tringle choke is extreamly difficult to pull of on someone who have bigger neck muscles and shoulder then my size. Plus if you lock the tringle, for the bigger guy will always be easier brakeout from it, in the end, stop the video at 10:12, that's a terrible triangle, it's not angled correctly so it won't never work like that, and even how he is grabbing his arm is wrong, he should pull down the head or attack the arm by armbar. So you are right it doesn't make any sense, especially cosmo resisting a punch who literally make him bounce on the floor. That was my unfavorite fight of the tournament.
