Great technique I'll have to remember. I've sewn 4-way faux leather stretch fabric to thin EVA foam strips to simulate leather belts and straps, mostly for Star Wars Sith and Jedi belts, etc. I'm about to create a General Ursus Planet of the Apes costume and helmet utilizing your technique. Your advice is adaptable to all sorts of cosplay creations. Thanks for sharing.

Eva to pleather doesn't work well, no glue reliably sticks to pleather due to it being a plastic surface @@daisyiris
