To think I wanted to buy a house... No way, I'm building my own with that budget. R850k should at least get me a decent 4-bedder with large and comfortable living spaces around. I believe i know where this house is. a lot of the new houses cheap out on labour and you can really see it. The finish on the house is good but before the finish you can see a log of imperfections

I once rented a new house they forgot to put Damp proof 😢….Yhooo the fungus would climb the walls the owner ended up selling it ..!!Wen I build il make sure the put that damp proof cs the stress of u miss it …Is unmatched
