The spatial layout works, but design doesnt meet planning guidelines or functional requirements; not enough parking incase each house has 2 cars, not enough building set backs, useful for service lines. You could also provide a rubbish chute.

@@mukizadarwin it's actually a good video so I believe over time people are going to find it relevant that's why people in the comment section have started to reach out. So a follow up video will be good to have but it's understandable if you are very busy
