Ireland is in the depths of a Cost of Living crisis and people everywhere are feeling the impact in their pockets 💸
We took to the streets to find out where people, including a couple of familiar faces, are most feeling the pinch...

It's affecting the vast majority of Ireland to the point where most Irish citizens can't even afford to live even if they work very hard for it, both Micheal Martin and Leo Varadkar have dwindles millions of Euros out of the Irish economy through nonsensical policies that only help to increase their own ridiculously-inflated wages at the expense of their poor citizens, it's a absolute scandal.

Current Inflation is being driven up mostly by fuel prices, If we switch to Nuclear power and give greater incentives to buy electric cars (including subsidising and prioritising lithium battery production) this problem will subside substantially over time. Also, many countries are going for the practical short term measures of taxing fossil fuel company profits to discourage extortionate profiteering! Overall though, Society’s rejection of Nuclear power was a massive mistake, and the environment has payed dearly for it as we continue to rely on fossil fuels for our electricity!!

What about the teeth? It is important to prioritize annual visits to the dentist! We will have our teeth for most of our lives. A beautiful smile from a beautiful woman can save the day. 😍

I thought the uk had it bad,but listening to the Irish folk it seems many of you are being priced into poverty. Too me something is broken in Irish politics.

Oh the poor man, can't afford his take away coffees. Poor, poor him. Coffee is a want, not a need so he just has to man up and make coffee at home. It's called living within your means.

Your comment is a bit silly, he's talking about a "coffee", not a Lamborghini. I think it's very sad that folks can't even afford to buy that blasted cup of coffee, someone somewhere should be held accountable for that.
@theclumsyprepper
@theclumsyprepper Жыл бұрын
@@pavlal.4552 It's not silly at all when you think of it, just another of first world problems. Coffee really is a want, a treat - not something that's essential to one's life. Problem is people got too used to buying whatever they want, whenever they want so can't cope when they have to cut back on expenses. I would feel sorry for him if he said he can't afford to put fuel in his car or buy enough food to sustain him. He'll survive without his fancy coffee.

@@theclumsyprepper sorry, I simply disagree. Some could argue that car is also not essential, because one can use a bus. Following this logic, plenty of everyday items could be deemed non essential, like eating meat for example.

@@pavlal.4552 As a former vegan I can tell you meat is essential for health. So is owning a car for a large number of people since not everyone lives, or want to live in urban setting where buses are available. Coffee however is not essential, but we will have to agree to disagree on the matter.
