Thanks Bro...actually i just want that before moving here or marry with filipina..they know exactly what is life here..it is not country where you can earn easy money and spend your life on beach like dream land...Living here is not only flashy videos or tourist videos. It takes lot of effort if you really want to enjoy your life in PH.

Hi Bhai, Do you recommend renting furnished or unfurnished apartments. (Assuming you move there longer term)
@IndianoInThePhilippines
@IndianoInThePhilippines 2 жыл бұрын
Hi , well if you just want to live in the Philippines for few months then furnished apartment is good option but if you are going to live like more than one year then better to get your own furniture like tv, bed, ref ..you can buy 2nd hand or new later when you will leave you can sell. Also furnished apartment little bit expensive compare unfurnished. In the PH, apartment cost like 7k to 40k it depends on city/town but Sometime high standard areas like some area in Manila cost reaches like 50k to 80k ;)

Thanks this is very helpful Bhai. So basically 1.5 lakhs monthly for a provincial capital required. Which is about the same in regional India... roughly...just basic living...rent, food, travel, incidentals
@IndianoInThePhilippines
@IndianoInThePhilippines 2 жыл бұрын
Hmm 1.5 lakh is good enough if you are living in Manila/Makati/Cebu with small family like 2-3 people. Otherwise if you are single then 80k is good but other small cities/towns 80k is good for family and 40-50k is good for single person. If you are living in very small cities than 50k is good for small family. Also it depends your living style!

Hello Brother, What about Bacolod or Palawan. Palawan safest location in Philippines. Instead of focusing on availability of Indian grocery. Can't you just order online via lazada or shopee. Thanks.

Bhai what is the safest and cheapest city to live in phillipines and can a vegeterian survive in phillipines
@IndianoInThePhilippines
@IndianoInThePhilippines 3 жыл бұрын
Actually PH is safe country to live but some parts are high risk areas in Metro Manila. If you have choice to live anywhere in Philippines then avoid Manila. You can live other big cities like Davao or Cebu. Well Davao is also nice city and very less expensive than Manila like 40% cost will reduce. And you can find cheap Indian food because many students live in Davao and they have small eateries Also Cebu is nice city. And many Indians live these cities. You have option to live any province but problem you cant find easily Indian food in small towns etc. and very few Indians or may be not. Also you need to consider about job or work if you live big cities you can find job or work but if you live in province or small towns or cities then it is hard to find job of foreigner or if you have investment you can start your own business etc. About Vegetarian food, if you live in big cities then you can find easily Indian food and groceries. So you can also cook. But if you will live in small towns then it is hard to find Indian food and groceries. Best option is that if you live in province you can go to big cities and buy daals and other spices for 5-6 months and cook for your self ! I think you should plan based on your business or job.

Hello Bro, thanks for your comment. Yes PH offers SRRVisa (retirement visa) with Bank balance and insurance plan recognized by PH. You need deposit maintain between $ 15k to $20k or monthly pension $1000 to $1500 with insurance. But for now it is suspended and retirement age is increased +50yrs before it was 40yrs.

IF you are single I mean if you have no gf ...I think you can live any where in PH or you can change locations time to time but I guess living in davao or cebu is best because these cities are cheaper and less crowded than manila. Also you can find many Indians and Indian food , groceries etc, nightlife. Also close to beaches and easily accessible with other countries be cause of international airports. And I feel more safer than manila airports.

@@unknowninfinium4353 yes i guess things will normal at end the of this year..Life is easy here compare to India..I feel PH is safer than India if you don't catch in any scam. Make sure that you have monthly income minimum 900$ to live in PH. If you live far from big cities like in provinces or town you can live good life in 900$ and after monthly expenses cost depend on which city you want to live. if you buy house it is good it will reduce 25% monthly expense.. Most important you should have insurance plan which valid in PH. So it can cover your illness if ever you get sick...because hospitalization and medicines are very costly. So far i feel PH is good country to retire and enjoy!

Yes you can apply TRV visa but you need to proof that you are the one who is taking care of all expenses related to your son like his food, school etc. I think if you have receipts and any papers related expenses also if your son's mother can make affidavit that you are then one paying monthly expenses it would also help. I think you need to go immigration website and check extra requirements. Also consult with any agent because it is first time later next time you will already know all process and papers work then you can do your own.
