This is so helpful guys.. so glad to know the perspective of people on choices they make to choose their home. I have heard Vancouver is very expensive, but Burnaby seems like a bit cheaper option.

It's really a nice video. We are moving to burnaby in March and the metro town is our destination. Can you please tell me the name of building where your friend lives? My husband have job in Vancouver downtown so we are looking residential near the metro station so.

What do you feel is better in between surrey and Burnaby safety wise

Hi.. As per internet and news Burnaby is safer than Surrey but it always changes .. There are pockets to avoid and some areas are safer than others.

Hi its a 2 bed 2 bath and I can not share exact details due to privacy. Also, rates have gone up recently due to increase in inflation

Hi.. Great to know you are moving here. Burnaby is much more expensive due to proximity with downtown.. You can also check Langley or Port Coquitlam for comparison.

@@travelquartz I'd rather stay in the Metro Vancouver region. Port Coquitlam I can possibly look at , but Burnaby was first choice
