First of all I do like your blog. It is very useful, coming from a native to newcomers. I do know West Hollywood, Malibu is over my budget. I won't even think about that. As a guy from a poor caribbean island I am always impressed by tall skycrapers like those in dowtown but I also like to grow my potatoes and grains in the backyard. Actually, I plan to grow a pine trees on the icy peak around the City. I can go there to enjoy the grapes. Where exactly would someone of my type live in that country? In the final analysis I am a minimalist because of my salary!
