As I am living in himachal from last 5 yr , I would say that it is the safest place for womens , u can go out even at night specially in tourist place like manali. 👍👍

Good to see Manali again. Manali and Dalhousie are my best place. In 2007 for 3 months I was in Manali Dalhousie Dharamshala as tour operator for well know Travel Company. I really enjoyed the work as the environment and people there.

R u serious 15k per month for a room like this including food. Does it include 3 meals a day or only breakfast. Few days back I was loooking at a hostel, with co working space. They were offering stay and co working place with wifi and all at the same price. Food was not included and it was a shared accommodation with bunk beds.

Radhika, how do we contact these cottage owners to seek a long term (say monthly or longer) place to stay and work?I am interested in Himachal or Uttarakhand.. Quite cool to see you doing squats in the balcony 😍 I feel so desperate to do the same.. Damn this lockdown!

Ohh I too love squats, and keep harrassing my mom here to try the same while lockdown continues. Oh that ways!! No had a few local contacts so asked them for rental charges over here and voila. Another way could be to get in touch with the hotel owners and ask them if they can offer this or not 🙌

If u want to stay for a month or long in uttrakhand just give a rply।I know someone in nanintal district who used to allow monthly guest but only during offseason।if u want to explore and experience peaceful mountain's,offseason is the right time।it'll costs u less as well as u can feel that blowing wind directly coming from the Himalayas।

Her content is really good for people who keep on missing out on plans because of no planning or just don't plan and go by the flow but think they miss out or over spend. A very limited traveller in terms of scope and horizon but will use her tips and process for new adventures hopefully soon . 😌

I m also a delhiite and I also had planned to travel alone for sometime later this year.. I thought it would be difficult considering the pandemic but u proved me wrong! There is so much of noise/disturbances in delhi whereas the place u r showing is also chill..

It's definitely not costly. It's 500 per day with food included at a tourist hill station. Let me know if you manage to find someplace this cheap coz I haven't yet.
