I am going to show you the cost of rent in Mazatlan Mexico. Today I will show you two condos so you can get an idea of what rent cost in Mazatlan. Of course there is cheaper and a lot more expensive, but this will give you an idea of rent cost.
First up will be a condo in Sabalo Country at Monaco. Then a 13th floor condo in Ferrara.

Cerritos is the quietest. And it can range a house across the street from the beach to a beach front luxury condo. Like 16,000-40,000

My mom has been renting a place in Las Gaviotas about 5 blocks from the ocean very similar to the one you show first for around 10,000 pesos per month for the Winter. It's got an ensuite in the master plus the full bathroom. A very similar two bedroom apartment.

These properties have been rented and only offer in peso. Use a conversion app. Because with the exchange rates it’s always changing
