Did you know the City of Costa Mesa provides FREE sand and a complimentary bagging station in the southeast corner of the parking lot at City Hall? With rain in the forecast, members of our CostaMazing public works team volunteered to offer these important tips on how to properly fill, bag and stack your sandbags to ensure maximum protection of your property. Remember, there is a 15 bag limit for residents when utilizing the bagging station, and please no commercial use. By working together and being good neighbors, we can help everyone to be rain ready.
