Good overview! Note that the Gourmia air fryer now (January 2022) offered by Costco is 7 quart (Model GAF798). They look similar, but not the same. Not clear if their functionality is identical.

I bought a Gourmia air fryer at Costco in March of 2022, $39.99 on sale. After several uses, I found that it cooked the taste of the plastic basket into the food. I returned it to the store. When I looked online for reviews, I learned that this is a common problem with inexpensive air fryers.

Yep, I've heard you have to make sure you buy one that is stainless steel vs. Tephlon. Tephlon breaks down into your food & is a "forever" chemical. It will never leave your body.

You might have a slightly different model. They make a few different but similar ones. I usually don't use any accessories with my air fryers so you're probably not missing too much. I bought one last year for my daughter for college she has only used for one semester, brought it home this spring break because it has stop working, I'm very disappointed with this brand because it's a little complicated for my liking. Also i have cooks airfryer which I've used for the past two years and it worked perfectly well, mind you it's for a family of six

Nothing is perfect but i don't think so. you can hear it run but its a soothing sound letting you know something good is coming!. the buzzer is fairly loud tho. Thanks for the comment! YEP! believe it or not. there is a little fan in the air fryer that REALLY makes a difference everything heats up evenly and ALOT faster. a toaster oven is still better than a microwave though. Air fryer is fantastic for reheating pizza. Takes 2 minutes on reheat and pizza tastes the same as fresh. It would take at least 15-20 in the oven

we reheat in a frying pan upside down on top of the stove. Put a bacon press on top. About 2 minutes to a side. yums

We just cooked some up last night actually. very well like most other things. It gives it a nice crisp. Spray a little bit of Pam to crisp it up a bit more. It cooks fast tho so you have to watch it. Simple, toss them in don't over crowd. no need for oil but you can spray a bit of PAM on them if you want them a lil more crispy. Set the unit to 350 for about 10-15 min and bam! it actually has a french fry button. im considering doing some more air fryer videos for simple cooks. Thanks for the comment! Have you ever tried any other brands of air fryers and if so how does the Gourmia stack up to them ...... most air fryers are at least 100 bucks minimum .... and they always say you get what you pay for and the gourmia is very cheap price ...... I just want to make sure it's a decent quality for the price and will it last

After about five minutes most of the smell went away but the smell didn’t completely leave for quite some time. It’s normal and it will eventually all go away. Be sure to subscribe and ring the bell more videos like this thanks!

You should never reheat pizza this way. Heat your oven to 400 then turn it off and leave it there for 10 minutes. This is the best way to reheat pizza

Moved up to a pricier version for better screen resolution and processor kzfaq.infoUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA , but battery drains faster, and not having a button for control of apps turns out to be a problem. Touch ID is harder to use than with the old button on the front. Can't really see the better screen resolution or see increase in speed, etc with better processor
