Bobby, I found your channel in January. You inspired me to make healthy changes to my diet and I’ve stuck with it. I’ve lost 18 pounds and have about 10 to go. I feel so much better, my clothes fit better and I have so much more energy. This is not a diet to me; it’s a lifestyle change. Thank you, Bobby, for changing my life ❤️

Good luck with the protein powder. At $49.99 it won't be for the average working class!! If one were to drink one a day it adds up to around $70/month and most people can't afford that.
@muffydragonslayer2 жыл бұрын
Lisa could not agree with you more, we purchase garden of Life meal replacement powder on a regular basis and it's amazing! it's organic $24.99 for 19.4 oz's (18 servings) As much as I love this channel, it's not realistic thinking for most people especially at this time with the economy the way it is, I watch the videos but most of the time I find that the things that Bobby is pushing are way out of reach for the majority of people 🤷🏼♀️
@gabejkrebs2 жыл бұрын
And that is about $2.25 a day for a protein shake. So the best method is to figure out how much a comparable protein bar or even another comparable protein shake costs and ingredients. I do find it to be expensive but understandable based on the healthy ingredients in Bobby's protein shake. I typically eat meat daily, so I would not be drinking the protein shake everyday. I ask myself if I'm eating enough healthy meat then why would I need to take a protein shake everyday or often?
@tinafisher2 жыл бұрын
use the shake as a meal replacement to lose weight. It becomes more cost effective then.
@alliWLC20132 жыл бұрын
It is pricey… but it’s $2.50 per shake, some people go to Starbucks or a coffee house and pay almost $6 a drink. You just need to prioritize health and quality food over junk and i bet you’ll save money in the long run without needing tons of medications one day
@lisabeishline5782 жыл бұрын
@@alliWLC2013 I don't spend money with takeout coffee or eating out. With gas prices and inflation in general, the majority of people can not afford this!! I and most people do have their priorities straight!!

Hi Bobby and family! Its always always interesting to see the regional variations of Costco Kirkland products. For instance at my Costco they don’t have the Kirkland Italian Olive Oil in the big bottle but they do have Kirkland Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the 3L bottles. And the Kirkland Signature Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil has the infamous * so Ive been picking up some extra bottles. Thanks again for another great Costco shopping trip.

Thank you for making this video. Your daughter is so cute and mischievous... it make me laugh and giggle a few times!! :) I did not know that Albacore tuna was high on mercury... I stopped buying tuna on can because of the can's toxicity and found tuna on glass jar, which I bought 2 yesterday. Once I heard you say that albacore tuna is high on mercury, I stopped the video to check what we bought and what a bummer... it is Albacore tuna, will be the last that we are consuming. I don't eat bread but I think that sadwich is a real treat worth trying, as a treat!! :) Thank you again and have a wonderful start of the week!!

We are northeast of Houston and we have the Primal Kitchen avocado. I think the Chosen brand is less bitter but I don’t mind the one we have. I’ve tried cooking the prosciutto on a sheet tray (mine is aluminum, though) and it stuck really bad. I may have to get a ceramic sheet pan and see if that’s better. The prosciutto is def saltier than bacon to me, but it was good to try. Thank you for sharing! We love tuna melts and have just about all the ingredients to make next week.

The canned good are not going to ruin from a two- three year old throwing them in the buggy. I would not allow my son though to get eggs because they’re fragile. He enjoyed helping and now allows his two littles to help out. They are great kids and know what they can and can’t eat. It’s all in how you train them up and love raise them.
