Hi, I was glad to see that I wasn't alone in my food sensitivities. It sounds like you're able to stick to not eating sugar and other inflammatory foods. What is helping you stick with it? Bobby is definitely helping with what to look for on labels, but are there other websites or tips you'd recommend? I can't have gluten, dairy, sugar and the other inflammatory suspects. i took seed for over 3 months and it was completely useless. Complete waste of money in my opinion. I don't believe in probiotics anymore. Healthy diet, sleep, excercise are fundamental and essential, far more so than some probiotic supplement.

@@irisce2799 true. But your gut health is still important. A healthy diet will automatically get you a healthy gut as well but just like vitamin supplements are for deficiencies, probiotics could be used in the after math of taking antibiotics in order to help speed up the recovery of your gut health.

@@dpanin1419 Some research has actually shown that probiotics after antibiotics actually *lengthen* the time it takes for the body to restore the gut population to healthy levels as compared to without probiotic supplementation. The research on probiotics is very murky and there is no established consensus that they really do you any good. It might work for some people, and it might not. But there are better, well-established methods to improve gut health, such as collagen(glycine, glutamine), polyphenols from berries and green tea, etc. So do those instead of playing russian roulette with your money.

@@irisce2799 I feel probiotics are product specific due to many things being considered “probiotic”. For example Kombuchas are considered probiotic but its not the same as a probiotic supplement you take as a pill. But just like vitamin supplements I bet they hardly do anything for most people. I would guess if you have stomach issues maybe try it out and see what happens.(not you but anyone else who sees this comment as you have already tried it).

I did a taste test with my family of sugar and several sweeteners. Everyone agreed that Allulose was the closest to sugar, and it didn’t have any weird aftertaste. The downside is that It is not as sweet as sugar so you have to use more of it to get the same sweetness & it is pricey.
