We have been buying the Kirkland Ultraclean laundry detergent for quite awhile, and it’s very good and convenient. It now comes in a resealable bag, here in Virginia. I look forward to your informative videos, and we love our Costco!

The purple Kirkland is comparable to the blue Charmin. I find zero difference between them and $3 cheaper than Charmin at its sale price I will be doing Kirkland purple from now on.

I am a long time Costco member, love your videos. We used to live in North County San Diego, left there 8 years ago. Those warehouses in Carlsbad, San Marcos and Vista were my stumping grounds. Seeing the videos of those places brought back so many happy memories. Costco’s pharmacy has the best price for our dog’s medicine and they carry many different types of them. I watch your videos of other stores too, but I like the Costco ones the best, simply because it’s the only store I shop. 😂😂😂 Keep them coming, Gina!

Here is the Kirkland pet food review per my cats and dogs; I've tried most all Kirkland pet foods. (I've raised two wonderful opossums, but they didn't care--they ate anything and everything edible.) All dogs, dry food: Love the all dry except for weight loss type; BTW, I've had three dogs who were highly allergic to peas. All dogs, canned food: Love any and all (they're quite indiscriminate; they also eagerly chewed on a long dead and very putrid cow they found a while back on our walk until I herded them away; and luckily, none got sick). All cats, dry food: Unfortunately, hate all varieties of Kirkland dry food. Even if I mixed it with dry food they like, they'd pick out the Kirkland, but the dogs loved the leavings. I've never had a cat who liked any of the Kirkland dry, don't know why, but they all agree. Most cats, canned food: Dislike all gravy types, but especially Kirkland. A few like the new pate, though others abhor it. They do like regular Friskies, but nothing beats Fancy Feast or most any super expensive canned cat food. Conclusion: Dogs are like pigs; cats are like, well, cats.

Though you get five more rolls in the ultrasoft, you actually get over 3000 more sheets in the standard toilet paper.

We keep a Costco membership FOR the pharmacy; everything else is just a bonus. It's so much cheaper to pay for my Mastiff's epilepsy meds (she's on three), which if you can imagine the large doses are very expensive. So we got and keep a Costco membership for our pet meds. We've also found that Kirkland has fantastic dogfood. They tolerate and enjoy the blue, which is salmon and sweet potato I believe.

It never occurred to me that I could get vet prescriptions filled at Costco. Thanks for that great tip Gina

keep in mind that the regular Kirkland bath tissue is 30 rolls at 380 sheets per roll and the new Ultrasoft is 36 rolls at 231 sheets per roll... or 11,400 sheets vs. 8316 sheets per pack.

Did you know you don't have to have a membership to go to the pharmacy to the liquor stires?I think glasses and and snack bar. If you ever wanna go in and just look around they're gonna ask you for your card when you go in the door and you just tell him i'm going to the pharmacy and they'll let you straight on in

The cookies freeze well too! We put them in freezer containers and when we want some we grab a few and let them thaw for a couple of minutes.

I was hungry when I watched this and everything looked good! If I had been in the store, I probably would have put everything in my cart, especially that cherry pie!

The purple Kirkland toilet paper is really a nice dupe of the Charmin Blue. I ignore the "sheet count" numbers. The term sheet, has zero legal meaning. Even whole "roll" is nonsense. Means absolutely nothing. So go by square footage. All of the toiler paper + paper towels brands have to tell you what that number actually is. The purple is pricey if you compare 1 to 1 to the regular Kirkland toilet paper. But it REALLY is a good comparison to Charmin blue! I like it. I saw it years ago at the retail warehouse and then it went away. I was thrilled to see it was at the new Costco Business Center. Still haven't seen it at any of my area Costcos. But I now splurge for the Kirkland Purple or the Charmin Blue, when on sale. The regular Kirkland tp is just ...not pleasant. If I'm not splurging on the sale Charmin or the KPurple, then I'm fine with Sam's Club's Member's Mark tp. It is 100× better than the Kirkland regular tp. The pet meds at the pharmacy can be a steal! Your pets were considered uninsured family members the last time I checked. I always price checked with my vet(sometimes they had great deals) and Costco. If my vet was close in price, they got it. But sometimes it wasn't even close. Years ago, my dog had a sprain. For let's say doggy Tylenol from the vet: $60+ for 10 days worth. Yes, I cried at that credit card swipe. Needed more. Check with Costco: $26 for 10 days worth. And for those that don't know, you do not need a card to use the pharmacy. Members do get extra discounts. Also, you cannot buy anything outside of the pharmacy. And I think in most(if not all) states you can go into Costco and buy alcohol without a card. Same limit applies. Don't quote me on it, but I also think that you can buy things without a card if you purchase it with a Costco gift card. That sneak around might have been curtailed or blocked.

Thanks to everyone who commented about pet meds; I didn't realize this was a thing and unfortunately I have a feeling it will be important soon. Also, my dogs (small mutts) like the kirkland dog food. We get them the red bag, I forget what flavor it is. I've never tried the cat, b/c mine enjoy what they eat and who wants to upset that apple cart?

I have used Costco for my dogs heart worm medicine. Incredible savings.

We use the Costco pharmacy to save on pet meds. As far as bath tissue you need to compare the price difference again. There are more ultra soft rolls, but there are fewer sheets per roll. A better measure on value may be the total weight of the package. But the regular TP may not meet your personal comfort needs I will pay more for personal comfort.

The napkins are very high quality. thick and soft. almost too nice for everyday use. The dry cat food is highly rated by the youtube cat people as a good quality budget brand. I feed it to my feral colony.

Hey COSTCO please sell Blue Cheese. I was disappointed to see a bunch of different Feta and no Blue.

I love the Kirkland napkins. They are much thicker than the store brands and great price.

I have gotten the Alkaline water. I'm not a fan of the plastic but I do like that water. It seems to help my headaches.

I like the Charmin toilet paper than the Kirkland. Kirkland feels rough and they don't come off the roll well. My store does not have ultra soft. Same with the Kirkland but wipes. Just rips pulling them out. I tried to save money and get the Kirkland wet dog food. Both dogs threw it up.

I caved on the Smores and got a bag on my last visit. 😁

The ultra soft toilet paper rolls are smaller (less sq ft) but worth it.

Regarding the new costco toilet paper, while there are more rolls, the rolls are smaller in the new kind. So the original toilet paper gives you more tp for $2 less.

I have always gotten my pet pills at Costco. Ask vet for scrip (compare prices first, sometimes my vet was less expensive!) Verify by fone if Costco carries the scrip... On another note, my cat can't tolerate the kirkland dry food. I have a huge bag i have to return. 😮.
