Thank you for the sauce recipe and your opinion! Haven’t decided whether to purchase this, however I am curious about it. Based on your review, I wish there was an only lobster version.

If that comes into my Costco, I'm getting 2. The lobster dumplings seem intriguing to me since I have never had lobster dumplings before and I can doctor or create my own sauce from your instructions. Thanks so much for reviewing this for us. I was really looking forward to your review of this product. I hope one day you can show us around your local Asian grocery store and also do a haul there. ETA: Happy Holidays everyone!

@ms.ming, Ph.D. yes I found it at Costco in Eugene Oregon, and yes i absolutely love Asian inspire food, especially when it comes to seafood different cultures, i love learning about different foods around the world 🌍, and just tried dim sum it is so so delicious 😋 i cooked them in my air fryer and they came out purr'fect

@@MsMinglifestyle you still use either a tablespoon of water, or what i do when i air fry that i use a drizzle of truffle oil on them

Great review. I tried them and they were yucky - the skin on all three was very chewy (a lot of starch). The Xiao Mai filling was also chewey - like a meat boba. The lobster dumpling was so starchy with crumbly filling. The sauce was so weird - thick, sweet and very cinnamon-y.

Same, I threw away most of it after trying one of each. I really didn’t like them, especially the hargow which had a strange fishy taste.

I bought the bulgoki kit with a kilo of Bulgoki beef. I went to both Koreas so it has to be authentic!

I am from Hawaii, but now in northern California. It's so hard to find ingredients here. We always made our own back home, and all the grocery stores carry ingredients. we do not have separate aisian stores and also have great frozen options as well. And so many restaurants there. I was spoiled, and now I am suffering 😩

at $20 a box even if it's lobster I think I'll pass. I mean I'd rather just get the real thing near my home for that price. But if you're not near a Dim Sum place I totally get it. I just just live in Orange County so that'll be a hard pass for me.

I agree!!! It’s pricey for what it is but convenient for people who can’t go to a real dim sum place~
